Haha, I almost lost it when I saw this!
Unless you are serious then I didn't almost lose it and I am happy for them.

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
I'm going to have to give this a try as the woman hates the smell of my breath after I smoke. Do they make a body wash or body spray as well?

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
Picked up some from Kmart the other night for 16.00 bucks . I suppose everything is a little more expensive here.
All I can say is that this stuff is legit. Works better than listerine, and leaves your breath smelling neutral. I dont know if its worth the price or not, but my wife seems to think so. I did wake up with a cigar taste in my mouth, but it wasnt nearly as bad. BTW, thanks for the coupon |

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
I picked this up Thursday at my local Target. I got the more expensive of the 2. Smoking today at 5pm at the local store/cigar bar so we'll see how it works!

Justin, how did it work?
FYI: After my afternoon smoke, I picked up a roll of BreathSavers. They have zinc in them (Neutrazin). They did a pretty good job on lessening the cigar taste and odor. Usually, one or both of my twins comment on my cigar breath...today, not a peep.

Good to hear. Again, I was at Wally World and didn't get any of this.

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
I use lime juice, floss, tongue scrape, brush, then Smart Mouth. NOT A TRACE after that. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the taste of a good cigar, but only for a little while. Nothing worse than knocking someone over after a 5 cigar marathon, and the above ritual is very effective.

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
I've always been very happy rinsing with hydrogen peroxide, then doing my normal brush, mouth wash routine. However, I've never tried Smart Mouth, so I have nothing to compare it to.

I've been using distilled water and one of these for as long as I can remember:
But I'm heading to Target to see if they have SmartMouth.

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
I just realized how beneficial something like Smart Mouth would be for CPAP users. Not having that lagging hint of bad cigar breath in the airflow...

Re: Cigar Breath - Smart Mouth mouthwash eliminates it
I picked up a box of smart mouth yesterday. This stuff is really good. I gave the it a go before I went to bed last night. My breath in the morning was totally acceptable. No nasty morning breath at all. My mouth was a little dry (possibly from excessive bourbon drinking), but otherwise nice breath
It should do wonders for cigar breath. |
