Last night, I just started Brothers in Battle, Best of Friends by Wild Bill Guarnere and Babe Heffron, 2 of the guys featured in Band of Brothers. So far it appears to be on its way of being a very good read.

Wrapped up Golden Fool and have moved into Fools Fate. Started the book expecting to read a chapter or two before putting it down. Wound up getting sucked in and had to pry myself away after 150 pages.

Stepping away from Robin Hobb for a little while and started The First Law Trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. First book is entitled The Blade Itself.

I think when I finish up this series I'll check out Robin Hobb's Rain Wild Chronicles.

Reading James McPherson's Ordeal By Fire: The Civil War and Reconstruction. Going off to Graduate school in History at Clemson and Ordeal by Fire is one of the preeminent Civil War works of the century so I figured I better read it
