Lately, I've been enjoying Okocim porter.
Okocim is a Polish label. All of their beers have been quality, but I think that their Porter stands out above the rest. It is a bold powerhouse of a porter. I'm trying to recall the proper taste profile at the moment... strong coffee balanced with just a bit of cream and sugar, and a touch of woodsyness. Underneath it all rests a touch of anise to dance around on the finish. |

Had a Pop Skull last night. This one got much better with some time on it. I remembered that it wasn't that good straight when it came out.
