It's almost a Police Siren sound, and the light looks like the Old School type you'd see in Dragnet. I'll take a picture of it whenever we go back there. We're not loud at all, but if they ever say anything to us we're canceling out our memberships and leaving.

Used to have the break open "smelling salts" for right before a heavy set of squats. 100 rubber plates. Squat stands that looked like two huge tire jacks. Now I am getting nostalgic....

One of the biggest pet peeves of mine is not reracking your weights. The weights looked like someone dropped a bomb all over the place.
Did chest today, felt really nice. Went solo, so couldn't go as heavy as I wanted to but still had some nice results. Incline db 4x8 (got it up to 95lb) Flat db flys 4x7 Weighted dips 3x8 Hammer strength presses 4x5 with drops sets Finished off with some abs

Re: Pumping Iron with Zemekone and Icehog3
Don't like that one at all. Especially dumbbells. Having to hunt for the other dumbbell is a waste of energy. I reall dislike when people who work at a gym sitting on their rears are not on the floor reracking weights.

Had a great back day yesterday. Then Christos wanted a cigar....so I may of had a couple breakfast stouts while I waited for him to get there...then may of also had some wine with the cigar. I'm so not disciplined.
