Had a 5 Vegas Gold while I was out in the woods today. Fantastic mild-medium smoke! Taste was nutty and had almost a sweetness to it.

Diesel Crucible - burned fantastic and was a pretty tasty stick.
AJ Fernandez Mayimbe - very nice. The Knob Creek only made it better.

Re: What cigar did you smoke today V?
Another Viaje 50/50 Black Churchill size. These have mellowed quite a bit with two years of aging so in the medium range and more of a sweet wood flavor coming out. I figure I will smoke these pretty hard over the next few weeks as it's past time. I find the toro size to be better and hold up to aging but the Churchills not so much. If your holding onto 2011 Viaje 50/50 black Churchills I recommend you get busy smoking them and that is my two cents.

Yesterday was a great day! My wife kicked me out of the house and sent me to the local smoke shop. I had a couple of great smokes and watched some awesome college football!

I'm celebrating the one-year anniversary of my official retirement from the USAF with some tasty goodness.
