Re: Car guys?
We almost went that road for my wife, but the car ended up costing almost the same as an x3 on lease. We decided it wasnt worth it and went with something less expensive, a loaded rouge. All in all i love the outback. I have a wrx as my winter car and there really isnt anything much better in the snow. Way better then my old audi!

Re: Car guys?
I looked at one in 2010, also test drove the Forester turbo. I wanted to test drive the 6 cylinder Outback but none of the dealerships could get one, said I had to special order it. The Forester Turbo definately had the better power. I just felt that outback didn't have the power that it needed for the size car. That being said it was a great driving car. drove smooth and ver responsive.

Here is a list of cars that it does not fit in without having to put it in the center or moving the passenger seat up to an uncomfortable level.
The Outback was the first one we drove and what we ultimately decided on. The seat can be nearly all the way back and the seat still fits. Plus is has a cavernous cargo space. With the seats folded flat, there is just a hair over 7 feet of floor space. This is another big issue for us since we do not have a truck. A lease is not an option as we drive them until they fall apart |

My buddy also has a GTR and is a GTR tuner (for just about all of them in MA) and I can't imagine a car getting much faster than that. Truly amazing machine in terms of speed and technology. Maybe not the best looking car, but most will only see the back of it! His boss GTR is around 1000 hp I believe and I went for a ride in that once.

Re: Car guys?
Not to mention the all aluminum chasis and panels that is rivet bonded and glued together like an airplane. 400 lbs lighter than the previous XK8 and its rivals. Very solid going over bumps.
