I know I know, anyone try that Shocktop yet? lol My buddy dropped a 12 off to me and it wasn't half bad, of course not much of a bite but not too bad for a cutting the lawn beer.

These are the ones I got to try last night. I really enjoyed the brandy barrel aged Zhukov and the Peach IPA.

Cigar City / Tequesta Brewing "takeover" of Coffee District:

From Cigar City Brewing:
Peach IPA
Jose Marti East India Porter
Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Zhukov’s
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
White Oak Dry Stout

From Tequesta Brewing Company:
Julios Weizen (Belgian Wit with Passionfruit and Watermelon)
Oak Aged Black IPA

Also got to sample a couple of bottles.

CCB 110k + OT

Cigar City/Mikkeller Nielsbohrium

Overall had a great time!

Just kidding! Tony and I hung out the whole night, great beer and company. Only miss was the White Oak IPA, kicked before we got to it, but they bottle that so hopefully we'll see it around soon.

Last night, coffee district:

-Trinity Brewing - TPS Report (ala' Office Space ) (good, not great, sour beer)
-Fantome Hiver (so good)
-Lost Abbey Veritas Batch 003 (verrrry nice)
-Jolly Pumpkin Noel de la Calabaza '07 (very good, but maybe getting past it's prime? I brought this)
-Firestone Walker - Abacus (sooo nice )
-Vapuer - Bisis (brewed with fig leaves, very odd beer)
-Karl Strauss - 22nd Anniversary Ale (imperial stout? good beer but not an imp.stout)
-Bruery Provision Series - Cuadruple (interesting beer brewed with agave)
-Stillwater - Existent (good, cool label too)
-Mikkeller - Beer Hop Breakfast (HOPS! )
-Leinenkugel - Big Eddy (RIS, good, had that slight soy sauce thing going on)
-JW Lees - Sherry Barrel - '05 (sweet, well very sweet, but oh so nice)

Couple more I missed b/c I was late arriving, but the Lost Abbey Veritas and Firestone Abacus were the highlights.

Again, an amazing selection. Maybe I can make it down there after my order comes in.
