Robert Duvall smokes a stogie in this--technically I haven't seen this movie but at least he's smoking in the preview I saw

Add the pic Anatomy Of A Murder (1959) to the list...James Stewart spends most of the movie puffing on what looks to be a cheroot of some kind that he calls "Italian Cigars"...

Food, Inc. - 2008 - Documentary. Some random ICE agent has a cigar in his mouth for all of half a second on screen.

Documentaries count right?

Wow, I can't believe this one hadn't been mentioned yet:

The Big Red One (1980) - Lee Marvin, Mark Hamill

Towards the end, there's even a scene where Lee Marvin slaps a cigar out of a guy's mouth, lol

Ripley's Game (2002)
From IMDB:
Tom Ripley (John Malkovich) cool, urbane, wealthy, and murderous - lives in a villa in the Veneto with Luisa, his harpsichord-playing girlfriend. A former business associate (the cigar smoker) from Berlin's underworld pays a call asking Ripley's help in killing a rival. Ripley - ever a student of human nature - initiates a game to turn a mild and innocent local picture framer into a hit man. The artisan, Jonathan Trevanny, who's dying of cancer, has a wife, young son, and little to leave them.

And

The Matador (2005)
Pierce Brosnan and Greg Kinnear smoking at the bull fight arena..
