J W Black over crushed ice. Usually drink it neat with a splash but it's in the 80's today, so this mimics a glass of iced tea while sitting on the porch haha.

Aberlour A'Bunadh. I read from several folks on here how good it was so I had to try it for myself. They weren't lying.

Re: What beer or liquor are you drinking right now?
Recommended by a liquor shop in Georgetown. Peruvian ... excellent rum. I need to do side by side with that Plantation 20 (easily in my top 5) and a few others like Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva (my favorite rum). Why I didn't buy a case of DRE when I was in Venezuela in January (at $8.50 a bottle using black market exchange rates) I have no idea. Brother brought a bottle of "Nova Scotian" rum down last month when he visited. Uh .... no. This will be a mixer, no matter what "gold medal" it won (it is a spiced rum, "aged a year or more", not aged to sipping perfection the way I like).
