Today i have made pan roasting coffee! Its truly fresh great tasting coffee! It can have a smooth body and a deep complexity in flavors kind of like drum roasted coffee. Let me know that has anyone tried this out?

I did half a lb of the same yesterday. Could only get to city +. Too low of ambient temp inthe garage is not conducive to roasting into second crack. It'll still be good.

I have noticed that certain beans take very different times. Sometimes having to do with the size of the bean itself or maybe even if it was Dry or Wet Processed.
