No gym today, but planning on a stop tomorrow morning before I head out of town.
Tuesday I watched a guy doing dead hangs while using wrist straps. Huh? Kinda defeats the purpose.

Heavy leg days. It was fun... legs trained first and the rest of the week is easy...till 3 days later and it’s leg again.
Fronts 5x3, 3x1 KB step up 4x8 Lying leg curls 4x10 (negatives)

I do use wrist straps when I do heavy barbell rows late in a workout, or heavy barbell shrugs. My grip sometimes gives out in those circumstances before my muscles do.
Was off yesterday, today is ICT.

Did 75 on the elliptical. DB bench. db flat flys db incline incline flys High cable chest and flys. Calf presses to failure. Shoulders and inner forearms are still hurting.

Bob, that sounds awful. I hope that it's a relatively easy fix. Groin strap got me through hockey like a champ. I'm going to wear it to the gym today for row day.

I took an extra day off, tweaked groin, tweaked lower back. Heading outta town for 4 days next weekend, hopefully cigars and alcohol have some healing powers.
