Had an Ommegang Abbey Ale last night I picked up at Trader Joe's. Still getting used to the relatively high alcohol content in some of these, but great taste!

Had a few of those tonight. Down to three and then its on to Winter Lager. Luckily a few places have Octoberfest still on tap, a few are already on Winter Lager, either way they are yummy

I was at the DFH brewpub in Rehoboth Beach last night... I particularly enjoyed their Quartier Rouge (description from the Dogfish website):
Availability: Limited, Draft Only The Quartier Rouge is a reddish hued Belgian-style Tripel flavored with grains of paradise and guarana seeds. It's the brainchild of our very own Engineering & Maintenance Departments (who helped make the brew)! Unfiltered and 100% keg conditioned...very tasty! 9.4% ABV, only available at the brewpub (sadly). It's wonderful. Cheers, G |
