I think it was the best pork shoulder i've ever done. I guess you could call this the last 3rd. We're cooking up some chili tonight and i use some of that leftover pulled pork and it is always AMAZING! Again, i wish you could all try it but you'll just have to settle for this post. I'm a chili fiend as well. it's one of my lesser qualities. God bless you all!
