			Picked up my first ones last month and hopefully I'll have enough to age them over a couple of years while smoking a few along the way.    |

			Hold out as long as you can before smoking one (yea, right!)  I like em fresh (bold & sassie) and with 2+ years on em (matured & nuanced),but as always I say experiment and find out what you like!
