for the bottom one even if you don't have pectin/extra wrapper materiel, you could probably even use scotch tape. if you can make it air tight at the point where it broke you can at least smoke it down to that point with a non-smokable repair...

Wrap some duct tape around the damage on the bottom one and smoke it till you get there, you just turned a Churchill into a robusto!
