Re: Gas Station "Cigars"
The only gas station cigar I ever smoked was a Black and Mild, my friend and I split one, and neither of us liked it. After that, I didn't smoke for a while, then I started back up with real cigars, and haven't even thought about trying anything from a gas station since.

Re: Gas Station "Cigars"
I think gas station cigars are great. I enjoy me a good romeo y juliet, punch, arturo fuente, or a macunudo. why what kind of gas stations do you have that don't have these good cigars in a humidor. Or did you mean the forbidden shelves outside of the humidors with cigars on them.
Off of the subject in your Avatar carries a band name, a band in which when I was standing in front of a speaker at a concert doing front row security made me feel like I was in a hot tub getting my back massaged from the fast drumming coming out of the speakers. The crowd couldn't help but to smile as they saw me enjoying the music as I yelled at them not to mosh.

Got Coffee?

Re: Gas Station "Cigars"
I have some relatives that stopped smoking cigarettes and changed to the gas station cigars. For them, it was mostly a matter of convenience and the daily routine... they got them at the same place they used to get their cigarettes -- and the same place the continued to get gas and a coffee.

Re: Gas Station "Cigars"
I used to smoke a garcia vega or vanilla flavored every so often before I started into hand made. I had used the username backwoods357 long before I ever knew of the backwoods cigars, an unfortunate coincidence. Maybe I should get a name change to avoid confusion.
Who knows, maybe he just likes em. Although I have no clue why you'd buy them in any sort of quantity, every gas station I've ever been to has had stuff like that.
Maybe where ever he is from has outlawed flavored cigars and he was stocking up.
I think "this" has to be considered as highly likely.

Perfect when traveling on the bike and making a quick stop as well. Can't beat the backwoods, they taste half-way okay and they're cheap. Must be a placebo effect. :P |

Re: Gas Station "Cigars"
I smoked Backwoods when I was like 15-16 and thought they were great, I went back and tried some years later and didn't enjoy them at all. "I will never buy another gas station cigar", that's my motto. But if you find something you like and have a scenario that it fits into, then enjoy by all means.

Re: Gas Station "Cigars"
Actually Bud light is... and has been for over a decade followed by Budweiser.. Miller Lite and Coors Light have pretty much been fighting over the #3 and 4 spot forever, but I heard that this year Coors Light beat out Budweiser for the first time in like 30+ years making it the #2 seller.
