At discount tire the price is negotioable.

I replaced all four tires @ $200 a tire instead of $250, without a price match.

Looks like the Harmony and Destiny by Michelin are the exact same tire, with the exception of the Destiny only being made available through Discount Tire. After pricing the same tire with road hazard/shipping/installation, it was a wash almost to the dollar with Tire Rack, not to mention the $300+ credit I got for the old set sucking so bad.

The free replacement certificates come out to roughly 16% per new tire I had installed and in all my years of driving, I've had just one replaced from a sidewall issue. Makes me wonder if it's worth the money. For that price, I could almost buy a new tire should I ever need it.
