First off, get an attorney and petition the courts for a diversion. But, with the second ticket I don't know if you would qualify for a program like this.

I did this but I went the extra mile when I got a speeding ticket. I found the absolute best lawyer I could find. I hired the former P.A. of the county where I got pulled over. It solved all my problems very quickly and came with a great result.

easist way to get points off your license is DUI school Defensive Driving, Drivers ED, Evasive (somthing like that) Driveing school. Then turn them into your local DMV or DPS, and insurance company.

Ditto. In VA you can even go as high as +5 points on your driving record by taking a defensive drivers ed course, etc. If awarded negative points in court, they come of the positive points first. Kinda of a short time frame but getting one in prior to the court couldn't hurt. Even going to court sans lawyer and asking the judge for mercy cost nothing but time off. Offer to take a course. While not cheap, if it keeps the points down and maybe the insurance, not a bad thing.

To be honest I think you could argue the wrong way ticket based upon the fact you said you saw cars parked in a certain direction. Also, in Gainesville the one way signs are placed in hard to see places. The rolling stop might be a different story, however if you get a lawyer they could probably do it for you... I have a friend who's parents got him a lawyer for EVERY speeding ticket he has gotten and has gotten them wiped clean

If the two tickets are in different jurisdictions, have both addressed by an attorney.

I would say, like others have mentioned, go talk to a lawyer (do a little research first). I know I will never go into another court room (when I am being charged) without one. Like has been mentioned, the address that is on record with DMV has probably gotten at least a few letters from lawyers offering their services in traffic court, do a little research on them and give one or multiple a call.
