Cigar Holders (not cases)

I have one that is a collector's item, it is hand-carved from wood and meerschaum. It has it's own hard-shell case and was made by Echt Bernstein. I believe it was made in the early 19th century.

It looks very similar to this one....

He always liked to keep his cigar clenched between his teeth so the holder served a functional purpose with that. Dunno, but I'm intrigued. I hate how my cigars often get tar bubbles that ruin the taste. Fifty bucks doesn't seem too outrageous to solve this problem.

Thanks for the link; I've never seen a whole set before.
