This is PROOF that these are a true cultural icon. An entire episode featuring
the Margatitaville machine. In case you do not have time to watch the whole show
(scroll down third show on the left "Margaritaville") the machine is used as a plot device
wherein the machine substitutes for mortgage-backed securities....funny, very funny,
but the other subplot is straight out of the new testament. Worth a quick watch.

It's Friday after all. The first 3 minutes are as funny as any show they've done.

I love Margaritas. When I say that you have no idea what I mean. I love margaritas like a man loves a woman, but not the way it really is, the way it is right before you get married.
If I had one of those machines and a 55 gallon drum of Two Fingers, I'd be in jail by tomorrow morning. I'd have a big mess in the kitchen, too.

Nice machine btw, Captain.
But the reason I topped this today is I get an email from my sister. She is a
minister. But she emails me to remind me to bring my FCM with me to the mountains
when we get together for our annual cabin week above the hot people in August.
She's the good kind of religious person. Not the "Jesus drank wine" kind, the 'pity
the poor fools that can't square religion and responsible alcohol consumption' kind.
So I need to get a bottle of vodka to go with my rum, then box up the old FCM and
start priming my self for a long-awaited, can't come soon enough break from this HEAT.
