On Saturday night I had my annual pour of Surly Darkness followed by a Summit Pumpkin Porter.

Hows Darkness this fresh? So far the only Darkness I've had was the Cask Aged on Darkness Eve (which was pretty damn good).

Damn you.
Wish I would have grabbed some a few years back. Drinking really good now.

Ahh, how I would love to be able to buy Goose Island 312 by the boat load.
I have been drinking Maredsous as of late. Much like a typical woman I am very fickle about my beer drinking habits and change practically every time I go somewhere though. |

Cooling down another Central Waters Brewhouse Coffee Stout. I think I need to grab a few more packs.

Founders Harvest Ale! Finally scored some and I am glad I did.
70IBU, 6.5%ABV. Very well balanced and quite tasty. No big malt presence and a subtle 70 IBU. For a seasonal Founders it is very well priced at $9.99/4pack too!

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
I've never had it aged, only fresh on tap, but I do enjoy it. It's got a definite alcohol bite I bet some aging would mellow, but the bittersweet chocolate flavor is still pretty strong.
