Re: First Firearm Thread.
Just picked up my G17. Previous owner either didn't like it, or needed the cash, because this thing is practically brand new. Still has the copper colored factory grease on the slide! Looks like maybe 100rnds through the gun.

I see that on a lot of handguns, that's how my g21 sf followed me home. Didn't need it but when I found it the original case a both mags were with it I couldn't say no

Re: First Firearm Thread.
BARE NAKED LADIES
Well, not the kind that will sing the theme to Big Bang Theory but will sure as hell make a Big Bang of their own. My new Armalite AR-10 on right with little sister M&P AR-15 on left, both bare naked for now. I figure it is easier to dress a lady than to get her naked. In time I will get clothing for them. I am like a kid in a candy store.

Re: First Firearm Thread.
Thanks.
Can't shoot it even if hadn't promised wife I won't for a while as no optics but as I figure, once I can pay off some debt, I can always find that stuff readily, whereas the weapon and mags won't be as easy. Now to pay off that visa bill little by little.

Re: First Firearm Thread.
Softened the blow.
Felt compelled to so I can prove I bought for investment given not really something I could afford now and will be sitting on a Visa card, with interest as I pay it off. If I were to go and shoot that now, she would use it on me. Good thing is I never mentioned HOW LONG I would go without shooting it. So, a few months, get a scope, BANG!!!! P.S. Just got email .308 ammo has shipped.

Very sexy Carlos! For some reason I'm feeling tempted to bring my SKS to the next gunshow to see what I can trade it for

Thanks.
The .223 has been with me around 7 months or so. Just looks so nice when side by side with big sis.
