Re: Cigar Bid
Anybody else ever get an empty box from the cigarbid? I got one on tuesday, with an invoice in it and nothing else. They were very quick to re-ship and did not question me at all, which is cool. But seriously, an empty box? I've had two mistakes in packaging in a row now, both of which have been made right ASAP. What I take from this is that someone in distribution needs to be canned but the customer service is top notch.

Re: Cigar Bid
Mark,
That is very consistent with what most have found for years now. CI has clearly decided that shortchanging their picking and packing operation can be easily offset with great CS. I've had a number of complaints about shipments over the years, but they've always made it right immediately. Great prices on cigars I want combined with that CS is enough to keep me coming back. |

I just wanted to say thanks a lot to everyone on the forum. I hadn't been on cbid until I joined this forum last week, now I'm checking it at least 4-5 times a day and have already won 5 auctions. I blame all of you for my new addiction good thing I have a second humidor coming this week.

Yup...they are in my humidor. I did a nice job of taping it back up, too.

Must be why I always get my shipment on time and in proper order. I smacked you around good in the NST a while back as I am sure you remember and take care to get my goods to me on time and in good shape.... <G>

Re: Cigar Bid
I don't recommend cbid because the more who bid, the higher the price I'll pay!
I have 35 more sticks arriving Tuesday. 1 box 25 Arturo Fuente Hemingway best seller, 5'er of 5 Vegas Relic and an Oliva 5 pack sampler.

Re: Cigar Bid
There were 4 other units.
I started to go for the box but I'd busted my budget.
