Wheels and bis tomorrow. Supposed to do tris too, but I am thinking of moving my chest day from Monday to Sunday, so I would throw tris in then. Then I can take Monday off as it's an early day for me for my tone-out at work Monday.

So congrats on retiring and all but that doesn't mean you can skip on the gym, lazy ass.

Chest and tris today. Haven't felt this strong in a while. Maybe it was steak and eggs, washed down with coconut French toast, that powered me.

Flat bb bench - 3x3 and then 3x3 pause bench
Hammer strength incline - 4x? I just went till I couldn't go anymore 12+
DB flies 3x10+

Some tricep stuff.

Awesome! Love crushing the back, Huy.

Me too. Hit 6 titanic supersets of barbell and T-bar rows, then threw in some heavy T-bars (4 sets) and cable rows 4 sets). Thought about pullups, but my back was toast.

Wheels and shoulders manana. I'm dreading it already.

Arms and abs today.

Work drinkfest for my retirement tonight, so tomorrow likely a day of recovery.

Paying for it today, Huy.

The people working out near me tomorrow are going to smell a lot of Guinness and tequila sweating out of these pores.

Excellent ICDOAS, went relatively heavy on inclines, flats, flyes and declines, with a bundle of energy and focus with Dust X, and a good pump with the Vasky. Only cut it short 'cause I needed some hamburgers.

ICD myself.

Heavy on incline and moderate on everything else. Did some heavy pause push 4x4 incline. Hit some flat DB, cable flies and dips.

Capped it off with triceps. Spaghetti time.

Man... I had the shizzs. Just a wreck of a stomach the last 24 hours.

Managed to settle down for a while so I decided since I'm not dead, I would hit back.

Kept it as old school as possible.

Deadlift
Wide grip pull down - pullups
DB row

Incline DB curls - pullups
Ez bar curls

Short but strong on shoulders, feeling the best it's been in a while. Was pretty gassed on tris though.

Time to eat!
