Still need to try the Double Barrel Stout, Proprietor’s and 2-Year Reserve.
The 2018 Wheatwine was a little better and the Reserve Rye was fantastic!

The Café de Olla Stout and Mon Chéri were good but fell a little short compared to some of the past.

They almost seemed like afterthoughts and they just threw some stuff in the barrels at the end. I know that's not the case but it seemed like they were missing the love. I only have one of the Rye and cracked it yet, I'll get there one day

Had a Denver based stout that was aged in rye barrels for my first Fourth libation, thanks to Ben. Great subtle rye notes and great mouthfeel (phrasing) on this one. Thank you Ben!

Picked up a 4 pack of Founders, Marvelroast. And imperial golden ale, with cocoa nibs, coffee and milk sugar. Outstanding beer.

Golden Ales aren't generally my thing, but that sounds interesting Bob. Well, and it's Founders....

Same here, Tom. It also has vanilla in it. Worth picking up if you see it around.

Lots of good beer over the weekend from Tree House and Trillium, mostly IPAs since they only had a couple darker things in stock. Picked up a fancy bottle of stout aged in Port barrels from Trillium, not usually my thing but with the lack of dark options and the fact that I wanted a fancy Trillium bottle (usually only get cans from there) I had to get it. Beautiful printing and artwork

Went to Three Floyds this weekend and got some mix bags plus variants and a case of 2018 GI Prop just landed. Might need to crack on of them soon.

Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale. Although it seems at least a month early for pumpkin beers I’d rather drink this fresh and this is when these come out.

It’s tasty, despite the lack of seasonality.

Got tickets for Saturday's FRAFOGB session, wanted to do the other one too but $100/person adds up, and there were a few too many repeats and similar looking stuff to pull it off
