Re: Whats in your bowl?
Drew Estate Central Park Stroll in a Peterson Morta. Not a happy pipe afterward - gunked up with a blue tinged paste. Err....... I gave it a solid scrub and will find a less favored pipe for untried aros next time.
Anyway - low on flavour, big on aroma - esp chocolate. Not unpleasant, but I'm not sure the syrupy stuff appeals to me.

Re: Whats in your bowl?
So here's a step by step by step on Stimulus Package.
Turns out this is a meaty full house Latakia blend. Tons of delicious flavour - think old fashioned pot roast with gravy. Fantastic meaty savoury bowl. In the Tsuge it proved a handful of vitamin N as well! Get some.

Can't wait to dive into that Stim package, look great Neil. I have a lot of jars going right now though and should finish up a few first.
This morning I had a half bowl of DE's Gatsby Luxury Flake. Very well behaved flake as far as burn goes. The goodness of this stuff atones for that cherry mess they sell. |

Hobbit Weed in the MM Legend. Thanks for sending me a sample Matt (mhailey). Very cherry aroma, especially coming off the top of the bowl and drifting up your nose. Then again, a gentle snorkle produces the flavor too!
Naaaw! Looks just fine from here Bill!

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Chicken and Waffles in a Peterson System
Dried it a good 8 hours, but still a little gurgle. Mildly aromatic, nothing drastic.

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Some more "Chicken and Waffles" in a 1940's Belvedere pot. This is an early Nutcracker restore. It's a solid feeling pipe that sits well in the hand, but is heavy to clench. I think it would be better suited to flake. (Just by the hefty look). Given it's vintage, perhaps some Squadron Leader. I mean it does look like something a Spitfire pilot might smoke!
