I've been looking at some pipes and tobacco and I can't find the answer anywhere. If I buy a 2oz tin of tobacco how long would that last with a pipe. If that is too unspecific how much with a Doc Grabow or something similar? Or basically how many pipes per 2oz tin? |

... or more. Q: How many balls of string do you need to reach from the earth to the moon? A: One, if it's long enough. I smoke a lot of pipes prepared only a third- to half full. That'll stretch 50g out quite a ways - gotta be 25 bowls or more. Maybe. Hell if I ever counted.

I'm in the boat with M'Mo' here. I only load about 1/2 to 5/8 of a bowl and usually do not smoke the entire bowl. You will be surprised at how far 2ounces of tobacco will go...

This instantly brought to mind this. "How much pot could a pot roast roast if a pot roast could roast pot?"

A pot roast would roast as much pot as he could if a pot roast could roast pot.
