I really enjoy all the shows mentioned here but Anthony is my fav.

I've only read "Kitchen Confidential" so I can't compare it to anything else he's written. But i can say it's an excellent read.

Just finished reading it, and I agree completely. Fun read, great look into the "secret" society of how they cook.
