The riot shield is my favorite thing for people to come at me with. So easy to kill a stupid riot shielder if you have any type of aim. Thumpers can take care of the people who are 'so good with the riot shield'.

so can the semtex, it will stick to the shield then you just move away

My friends and I have no problem with people who run around, its usually having to make up for the extra 2 or 3 people who end up with 2/12 or something similar that is a problem. Played last night with two buddies and we were always on the top 5, problem is the other three random players were always the bottom 3. For Example: One game we all were 12+ kills and 7 or less deaths and we lost because the bottom three were 2-22, 3-14, 4-12. Makes it tough to win when your team has half who run around and get shot in the face.

Yep. Personally I don't care if you camp, I don't see the fun in it, but it does make it easier for me to find you

It's nice to see i'm not the only riot shielder here. Most people don't play it right, with a little practice and the right mix of perks/gear you can really tear things up with it. Unless there is lag, then your boned

Its fun to watch people get their heads popped off while they look for you. I don't think running around just to get shot in the face is fun. We were pitching a shut out one day on Terminal to 4000 points until we got a 6th added, we only won 7000 to 1600 though. Now noob tubing, thats fun.

I find it more rewarding moving and dominating, sitting around is just boring to me. I could camp but to me it's just not as rewarding. To each their own though, play however you like and whatever makes it fun for you. Odds are i'll shield bash you at some point anyways

I love when the people try to semtex me when I am running the shield. I wait until their arm goes back and then move the side. They usually miss me and I then bash them in the face. On the rare occasion that they actually get it to stick, I charge them full speed so that it kills them too.

my answer to the riot shield is the RPG. i aim for a wall next to or behind the shield bearer... and have no problems taking myself with!

My answer to the riot shield is another riot shield! It's just plain silly fun to have two players with riot shields going at it!

I played this for 3 hours the day it came out on PC. Haven't picked it back up since.
