1. Seal cigars in a large zip-lock baggie (suck out all the air with a straw).
2. Encase (wrap) the baggie with bubble wrap. 3. Place the (padded) cigars in a box. 4. Go to your local US Post Office. They'll explain and take your money.

classified as "Gift" on the forms.
Agree: Do NOT mention tobacco nor cigars. . . "hand made gift(s)" is all they need to know.
