Being a consultant, I get interviewed a lot and this is a good article. Keep in mind your best chance to show value and worth is before they know you. You have to likeable and genuine; technical skill is implied and/or will fielded directly. The hard skills are implied by your work history, but the soft skills are what comes out with such questions.

A word to all in the workplace. Never ever bad mouth a previous employer; talking or posting on social forums. Actually, try not ever mention your employer, good or bad is the safest bet. Your online persona is as important & scrutinized as your in-person self.
