You are correct. I believe it is using an Ecuadorian grown Habano wrapper instead of the Connecticut Broadleaf in the original. Definitely milder that the first release, but still pretty good. I am liking the thinner gauged versions (#1, #3 and #6), but all have been pretty good so far.

They would have to be. The original lancero is the Cabaiguan blend with a Con Broadleaf maduro wrapper.
