Picked up a DLC combo edged Leek at the show this week. I hate flying in and not having a blade. Felt good to rectify the problem.
  the serrated edge is slightly different, a uniform scalloped grind rather than the compound serrated grind here, but an elegant, sharp, thin bladed gentlemans knife, I think. Love the speedsafe open on the Ken Onion designs. |
