Christmas and quitting smoking worked a number on me. I'm up to 258 this morning. 13lbs gained in three weeks.
 I've got a lot to do to get back to where I was in early December and a lot more to do to get down to my short term goal of 225. I haven't been at 225 in almost three years now.
