Interesting, I felt the opposite, was very very funny though. Maybe I just like the first one better because I was so shocked at how good/funny it was the first time I watched it (nostalgia). The two guys in the Death Star tube talking about wanting a railing....

Watched Funny People last night, enjoyed it. Funny but not a 'classic' I guess.
