From a dead stop to 100mph in UNDER ONE SECOND!!!!!!

If the top fuel dragster and a Saab Viggen NATO fighter start out at a dead stop, the top fuel will win at the quarter mile mark. I used the Viggen since it is close to top performance in tactical fighters and it is the only certified test that I could find.
