Dear Lord, Thank You.

I worked my way up to 198. Down to about 194 now, and back to dropping rapidly.
I still want to get back to 184 and hopefully to 180 and hold that. I'm very comfortable at 185, and I'm very happy with that weight. It won't take long to get back to there, either. I just have to do the things I've done all along. My health has been awful lately, and that keeps me from exercising. Too much couch and too many peanut m&m's and crappy food because I can't cook for myself really exasperates the problem. I definately have to eat right and drink lots of water, which I've very much gotten away from for awhile. I've slowly been working my way back to that and finally have my water and eating habits back on track. With that, I'm losing weight rapidly again. ![]() I'm actually looking forward to seeing the scale today, because I didn't pig out over Christmas.
