Re: Noche Buena (Christmas Eve)....Cuban Style
While cooking the pig, smoking and playing dominoes, beer is the drink of choice. Can't last the day if we start out with cocktails.
We usually do some Malbec or Rioja with dinner. This year, for after dinner, when we are left with my son, dad and future son in law, will break out flights of Walker (Black, Gold and Blue). Hopefully we can still walk when said and done.

Re: Noche Buena (Christmas Eve)....Cuban Style
Come on down. I have a big patio. We can add a few more chairs. Oh, that's right. Forgot to mention. It is an outdoors meal. We expect the low to be a nippy 70's.

I'll be doing this a few miles south of you in Miami with my family(the Cuban side) as well Carlos, minus the dominoes probably. We celebrate Noche Buena at my fathers cousin's house on Hibiscus Island, he has the Caja China

I'm making my Cuban Black Beans and Rice right now. It's pretty good for a Boston Irish Mick.
