I never have a problem with Blockbuster. In fact, when I moved two years ago and totally misplaced 3 DVD's, they immediately sent out 3 more & didn't even charge me!

I love this feature and Netflix can't even compete because they have no retail outlets. Now, I'm sure Blockbuster may very well close their retail doors as it becomes less and less financially sensible for them but it's great being able to drop off a DVD I've ordered & received in the mail that I've either watched or something that I'm just not feeling and pick up a new DVD (at no cost) at the store. Immediately when they scan in the DVD I've dropped off, they send out another from my online queue so I'll likely get a 4th DVD (instead of my cap of 3) in a day. And I'll have a week to watch that DVD I picked up in the store down the street before I have to turn it back in.

Hope it wasn't the first 'Crash' with Roseanna Arquette & James Spader......oooooof. I had to watch that (uncomfortably) with my Dad in the theater. Yikes!
