I took this shot the other day while walking teh dag. Notice the out of focus fore ground and back ground. The out of focus back ground is what is called Bokeh.

Unfortunately, my Macro isn't as good as you guys' newer point and shoots. I really need a new one. I'm still not in focus in this pic. I would still have to come back a little bit.
f/2.8, shutter speed 1/20, ISO 100, no flash. My advice is to play around with the settings so you figure out first hand what each setting does. I usually keep the ISO low unless I can't get a good exposure without raising it.
