Went to the local meat market for the first time when some folks from the looney bin were coming to visit. T'was the good stuff. On a related note, I have to lay them flat side-by-side. I usually cook on a ridged cast-iron skillet that (in my mind, at least) is made for bacon.

Damn ... now I'm hungry.
