I could not get the letter to open, from either the linky or the article page. Regardless, it makes me wonder who the hell has the time or the inclination to look for stuff like that anyway.

I heard an NPR piece about it this afternoon and some professor of Cryptology did the odds on whether it was intentional or not, based on word usage, etc. Definitely intentional, and pretty funny at that - a lot of the odds came from the small number of "K" words in the English language, and how strange the phrase "kicks the can down the alley" is.

Tom Ammiano, who this letter was written for, told Arnold to "Kiss My Fa@@OT A$$" while the governor was speaking. I do not like Arnold as a governor, but politics aside, this is funny.
