What Was The Last Cigar You Couldn't Finish?

just had the last one last night, I tried to smoke a 5 Vegas Series A that had a terrible draw and when I actually got it to draw, it hardly made any smoke

I dont understand it, the first layer of these (archetype (toro)) smoked so well, both the flavor and draw were excellent. The second layer was a different story, almost all of them had draw problems and the flavor was off.
