What is everyone's favorite dish or meal to have for breakfast?

I love Eggs Benedict, if I am not in the mood for that, then pancakes and bacon.

If I'm in a hurry (which is most days) I like a cornetto and a cappuccino.
If I have more time or on weekends I like Polenta with sausage, onion and peppers.
I also love fried eggs, Italian sausage, onions, peppers, a little feta on ciabatta.
I swear if I wasn't at work I'd make some breakfast right now!!

Scrambled egg whites with jalapeno cheese.
Triple thick bacon.
Wheat germ pancakes.
Whole wheat english muffin with chinky reduced fat penaut butter.
All in one sitting.

Steel cut oats and bacon, mmmmmm. Or Corned beef hash with some poached eggs dropped on top. Eggs Benedict is real nice also.

2 eggs over medium, hashbrowns scattered covered and smoothered, grits with lots of butter, bacon, and a piping hot cup of coffee...Black.

Two slices of italian bread, covered in olive oil and fresh chopped garlic, toasted, sandwiching 2 fried eggs, a few basil leaves, thin slice of tomato and mozarella. Toss it back in the toaster to melt the cheese a bit and it's absolutely delicious. Don't forget the espresso!

I've never had just one favorite...it's usually either a choice of ham, onions, and cheese Omlette....or two eggs sunny side up with buttered toast.....or Dim Sum....or bootay!
