Re: White Spots?
That be mold then. Just wipe it off and they should be ok unless it's covered. Then I would contact CI for a replacement.

Re: White Spots?
Pics would be great, usually takes significant aging before a cigar develops plume.

Re: White Spots?
Bloom or plume is uniform on the cigar. Mold is splotchy. Both wipe off easily. Pics would help confirm.

It's CIGAR HERPES!!!!
I keed, I keed! Sounds like mold. As long as it's not in the feet of the cigars, you should be OK.

Re: White Spots?
most likely mold but that's nothing to afraid of. A few spots is ok, if it was bad you would know because it would look like fuzzy, furry mold. The kind you see on bad fruit and stuff.
If it's just a few little spots, wipe it off with a damp cloth. |

Re: White Spots?
It's almost impossible to guess without seeing the pics. 99/100 times it's mold but as long as it's just a little bit, white, and it's not on the foot, wiping them off will probably be the ticket.

Hard to know without a photo to view. Like the others have mentioned, it takes a little while to develop plume.... but anythings possible. |
