Lots of times I don't even get them lit before I decide I don't like them.
![]() I'll try a few, usually. I force myself to try a lot of new stuff that I really don't want to. If a cigar doesn't strike me as "good" after three tries, I don't go back. If they strike me as "bad", they usually get chucked in the alley before an inch is gone. Life is too short and there's too many good cigars.

for me, they usually get just one shot. not saying it's the best method but that seems to be the way things normally work out. Even if I don't fall in love with a cigar right away, I'll try it again. However if I don't like the first one at all, it's not likely to get a second look.
