So I need to ask one of you that knows more about Pho than I do a question.
I got some Pho takeout last night and told them "all the meats except tendon and tripe". Cool. One of the meats listed on there is "beef meat ball", and I assumed it to be a beef meatball. It looked like a meatball but when I ate it I could tell that it was a solid piece of meat and not ground meat. I'm thinking that it should have been on the menu as "beef meat, ball"... Did I eat what I think I ate??? |
