Default ugly coyote?

Have any Backwoods smokers tried these? My brother is looking for a less expensive replacement.

I smoked one graciously gifted by Cowboy. While I'm not a big flavored cigar fan, these weren't bad. I can't remember the last backwoods I had, so I can't really compare the two.

I remember they were sweetened, but did have a decent tobacco flavor. I just couldn't get past the sweet/flavored part. If you don't mind that they are good little smokes. Construction was fine, drew fine. I admit, I wasn't looking for a lot, but I was surprised by this stick. Low expectations?

Apparently it's some poor excuse for a cigar kinda like a backwoods.
