Picked 4 poblano and 6 bells tonight (along with 17 tomatos, 3 zuccini, and 1 cucumber)
Hollowed out and then stuff all the peppers with rice and taco seasoned beef. Topped them all with cheese and baked them at 400 for 20 minutes.  They were delicious!
