I see that the u200 is 64 a month and comes w/ the DVR already. Does that also include HD channels or are those another $10 a month?

IIRC HD is another $10 a month but there are normally promotions where that is free for a certain amount of time. As a supervisor for customer appeasement I used to give customers free HD.
